Sage Creek is a newer residential development in the southeast corner of Winnipeg. It is bounded by Lagimodiere Boulevard on the west, the Perimeter Highway on the south, the boundary between the City of Winnipeg and the Rural Municipality of Springfield on the east and a line representing the continuation of Bishop Grandin Boulevard on the north.
Sage Creek is home to 61 acres of parklands and public reserve and prides itself on its parks and open spaces. The area boasts an abundance of places to walk, play or just sit quietly and contemplate life. Sage Creek has an abundance of such places, enhanced by over nine kilometers of walking and cycling trails.
Sage Creek carefully integrates man-made elements with nature. The native prairie grasses, shrubs, trees and wetlands are designed to provide pleasure for residents and habitat for wildlife while reducing greenhouse gases, erosion and fertilizer use.
It’s part of an emerging land ethic that sees beauty in nature and value in the restorative role that natural land development plays in our environment.
Sage Creek offers a wide variety of home choices to match your lifestyle, taste and budget–from custom-designed, single family homes to lakefront condominiums. Consistent quality is the hallmark, evident in the contemporary designs, lasting materials, attention to detail and construction standards. At Sage Creek, you can find a neighbourhood and home style that makes everyday life just a little sweeter. Architectural guidelines have been established for Sage Creek, to achieve a well-coordinated, attractive community. The guidelines include appropriate standards of design and materials including site development, landscaping, fencing and finishes.
