Aurora at North Point is a new and upcoming neighbourhood in North Winnipeg. This 220-acre community is centered around a beautiful pond, but will have some commercial development along McPhillips Street. With its walking paths, parks, play areas and natural green spaces this is a great place to raise your family. It is only 5 minutes from the Perimeter Highway, making it easy to escape the city for lake country.

Construction in this area started in 2016 and Phase 1 of this development completely sold out in 2017. There are still lots for sale in the most recent phase on the more eastern side of the community. Once complete, Aurora at North Point will have approximately 1200 homes. Whether you plan to build or buy a home, you will have a wide variety of house styles and sizes to choose from: single family homes with front garage access, semi-detached homes, townhouses, multifamily homes and more.  There are also walk-out lots in the area for owners wishing to have a grander basement!

Home prices in the area start at around $370,000 for an attached, townhouse option with no garage.  Prices in the area go as high as $700,000 for a larger home with finished basement and attached garage. There are currently no condominiums for sale within the Aurora at North Point community.

Aurora at North Point is operated by the Seven Oaks School Division. There are no schools within the neighborhood’s borders, but the community is in the catchment area for the following schools:
