Situated within close proximity to downtown Winnipeg and surrounded by major thoroughfares, residents enjoy effortless access to an array of services, entertainment options, and short commutes to work.
Homes in Grant Park range in style and age, with the majority of construction occurring from the 1920s to the 1950s. The neighborhood primarily consists of single-family detached homes, apartment-style condos, and rental apartments.
Due to the desirability of the area, you will also notice some newer developments, including the subdivision of larger lots and the construction of new homes.
